Growing up in Charlotte, North Carolina, Alex was immersed in the world of construction from a young age, spending countless hours on Ranger Construction job sites alongside family members. This early exposure ignited a passion for building and sparked his determination to pursue a career in the field. Alex graduated from Auburn University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Science.
Prior to joining the Ranger Construction team, Alex worked for Messer & JE Dunn Construction in Nashville, Tennessee, and Louisville, Kentucky. During his tenure as a Project Manager, Alex specialized in a diverse array of projects, including healthcare, multifamily, and higher education.
In his free time, Alex likes to hang out with his wife, Mia, work on home projects and learn about WW2 history.

Born and raised in Charlotte, Nick grew up around Ranger and worked during school breaks in many of the industrial and office buildings we still work in today. After college, Nick continued his career in Atlanta, GA and Greenville, SC with Brasfield & Gorrie in their pre-construction and mixed-use/multi-family divisions. Nick moved back to Charlotte in 2019 to join Ranger Construction as a Project Manager.
Nick graduated from Auburn University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Science, and has received a Master of Business Administration degree from Wake Forest University – Charlotte. Nick is an Eagle Scout, and supports the local Scout organization with various events. In his free time, Nick enjoys home projects, wood working, and outdoor activities with his wife, Julia, and their two dogs.

David has been in the Commercial Property Maintenance and Construction industry for over 11 years. He served as the Construction Manager for Services Unlimited in Charlotte prior to joining Ranger in 2014. David oversees the One-Call division of Ranger, managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Maintenance crews.
David received his Bachelors in Music Arts from Wingate University in 1987 and his Masters in Music Arts from Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky in 1992. He is licensed as a General Contractor in North Carolina. In his free time, David enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers play.

John graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Throughout college, he worked as a construction assistant at Ranger, learning the hands aspect of the commercial construction industry. Following college in 2009, he started as a Soil Engineer for Summit Engineering before moving to BRAE Rainwater Technologies, and later to Ryland Homes as a Purchasing Coordinator. He came back to Ranger Construction in 2015 as a Project Manager.
John has continued to expand his skills while working at Ranger, becoming a licensed General Contractor in 2019. John is also a member of the CRCBR (Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors) and an Eagle Scout. In his free time, John enjoys working on cars, completing home projects, and camping with his wife and 3 daughters.

Before joining the Ranger team, Chad Biggers spent over 10 years in the commercial coatings sales industry. He has a strong background in sales management, account development and customer relationships. Chad joined Ranger in 2015 as a Project Superintendent, and has recently been promoted to Project Manager. Chad grew up around the commercial construction industry. He studied Business Administration and Construction Management at Rowan Cabarrus Community College. Chad is also a BSA Eagle Scout.
Chad is OSHA 30 certified and serves as the Company’s Safety Manager.

Tom began his career in commercial construction in 1988 as a portfolio manager with a large development company in Amherst, New York. In the 14 years he spent in New York, he also had roles in construction as a Project Manager and President of the development division of a national development and construction organization. Tom moved to Charlotte in 2002 and was a Project Manager for Shelco, Inc. In 2005, Tom joined Ranger Construction as a Project Manager.
Tom has an MBA from University of New York in Buffalo and a BS in Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. Tom recently obtained his North Carolina Real Estate License. Tom is active in Charlotte’s Chamber of Commerce and serves as a director of the South Area Council.

Randy has been in the commercial construction industry for 18 years. His construction career began in 2004 with Spaulding & Slye (a full service real estate firm in Washington, D.C. acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle in 2005) as a project manager. He then spent two years at Foulger Pratt in Montgomery Co. Maryland before he and his family moved to Charlotte in 2007. Randy spent his first four years in Charlotte at general contractor Cox Schepp, where he was the Director of Interiors. In 2011, he joined Trinity Partners in Charlotte where he started and grew their Construction Services division for the past ten years. Randy is an expert in all facets of commercial construction, with an emphasis on class-A office space. He is known for his meticulous nature and attention to detail that ensure his projects remain on time and within budget.
Randy has a Masters and Bachelors degree in Communication Studies from West Virginia University. He is also LEED AP certified. In his free time, Randy enjoys coaching basketball, watching his kids play sports, playing golf, and WWII history.

Elizabeth joined Ranger Construction in 2003 as General Counsel. In addition to managing all legal matters, Elizabeth has led numerous internal projects at Ranger. Prior to joining the company, Elizabeth served as General Counsel for Osprey Systems, Inc. and began her legal career as a corporate attorney with Smith Helms Mulliss and Moore. She is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law and Indiana University undergrad. In her free time, Elizabeth likes to go to the beach, listen to live music, and ride bikes with her husband, Bernie.

Bernie has been in the commercial construction industry for over 30 years. His career began in property management at Trammell Crow Company, where he later became a partner, running the Charlotte construction operations (Raven Construction). Bernie is licensed as a General Contractor in North Carolina and also holds the following licenses: Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical. He founded Ranger Construction Company, Inc. in April 2000.
Bernie has an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and an undergraduate degree from Indiana University. In 2003, he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army. In the military, Bernie’s accomplishments included serving in the 82d Airborne Division, service in the 3d Ranger Battalion, Jump Master, Air Assault Qualified, and Commander of the 1/113th Field Artillery Battalion. Bernie serves on the Board of the Carolinas Freedom Foundation. He is also a former Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 162, and he coaches middle school and high school rugby teams. In his free time, Bernie enjoys restoring old cars, staying fit, and riding bikes with his wife, Elizabeth.
